Full Interior Design

Full Interior Design is a bespoke service, so the scope varies from project to project. It can include concept development, space planning, colour and material selections, joinery design, lighting, furniture and styling selections, documentation, supplier coordination, site visits and implementation support.

This service suits people who are building, renovating or furnishing a home and want support beyond a one-off consultation. We love working with clients who value thoughtful design, want a cohesive outcome, and appreciate having a professional guide them through the many decisions involved in creating a home.

  • We begin with an initial consultation to discuss the project, your goals, lifestyle, budget and vision for the space. This stage is about understanding how you want the space to feel and function, while gathering the information needed to develop a clear design direction.

  • A custom design concept is developed, bringing together the overall vision for the project. Depending on the scope, this may include layouts, concept boards, material palettes and key design recommendations that establish the look and feel of the space.

  • Once the concept is approved, the design is refined through detailed selections and documentation. This may include finishes, fixtures, joinery, lighting, furniture and styling selections, ensuring all elements work cohesively together.

  • As the project progresses, Studio Hue remains available to provide guidance and support. Depending on the scope, this may include supplier coordination, site visits, procurement and styling to help bring the design vision to life.

  • Every project moves at its own pace, depending on scope, how many rooms we're working across, and supplier lead times. Once we've had our briefing meeting, you'll get a realistic timeline. Good design takes time, and it's always better to get it right than rush it.

  • Quite involved, and that's a good thing. This is your home, so your input matters. Decisions are guided and options presented clearly, with a recommendation every time, so you don't need to have all the answers before we start, just be engaged when it counts.

  • It happens, and that's normal. Small refinements are part of the process. Revisiting something already finalised may have time or cost implications depending on where things are at, which is why the early briefing and concept stages matter so much.

  • Absolutely, and it's best to flag them early. Existing pieces can anchor a room beautifully, sometimes they're the starting point for everything else.

  • The Consultation is a focused two-hour session, ideal for getting unstuck on a decision or finding direction before committing to something bigger. You'll walk away with clarity and a written summary. Full Interior Design is an end-to-end engagement, from concept through to final selections, resolving everything across the project as a whole.

  • Studio Hue is based in Gippsland and works with clients throughout Regional Victoria and Melbourne. Some services can be delivered remotely depending on the project.

  • Pricing for Full Interior Design is shaped by a number of factors: project size, the number of spaces involved, whether it's a new build or renovation, the complexity of the project, the level of documentation required, and whether furnishing, styling or implementation support is included. Because every project is different, a tailored proposal is prepared for your individual requirements.
